Master planned mixed-use healthcare space, indoor parking garage, and 60 modern luxury studio apartment units. High-end finishes inside a traditionally-styled exterior. This was a closely-coordinated team effort with local developers, the Town of Boone, downtown architect/designers, and craftspeople of widely varying disciplines.
